Design By Day and COVID-19 approach
It goes without saying that the health & safety of our team and our clients is a priority for Design By Day. Here’s a run down of what day-to-day working will look like as of this week and what you can expect as one of our valued customers.
As of this week the Design By Day team have been working from home. Like many of you, we will be monitoring the situation carefully.
Fortunately, we have been able to make this transition fairly seamlessly. However, we appreciate that it will be more difficult for some of our clients.
What this means for you
Until further notice, we will be transitioning all face-to-face meetings to Zoom or Skype. We are still available on the same number 0161 228 2686.
Work will take place as usual, with the caveat that if a team member does fall ill, and another team member cannot pickup the work, it may need to be rescheduled – however we will always do our utmost to accommodate previously agreed deadlines.
We’re no strangers to working remotely and some of our team are already based from home full time. We’re always in contact with each other via Slack and have increased our team catchup frequency to ensure we all know our schedules and the status of all our current projects.
We’ll keep in touch you via email, phone, Teamwork Projects and any project specific apps to maintain a good level of contact & communication with you.
Maintenance & Support Contracts
All Maintenance & Support Plans will continue as usual as per your contract.
